Trenched In Style

The only thing gangsters and femme fatales will ever have in common is a trench coat.

Or at least they do in the Hollywood films… Call it fate or a coincidence but any fashionista knows there's a reason the two intersect. Trench coats are the epitome of elegance and sexiness. They look good casual, dressed up, or even if you’re wearing nothing but lingerie. The design of the trench coat is fool-proof enchanting.

Open a history textbook and you’ll learn that trench coats were originally designed for British Army Officers during WW1. But of course people took one look and knew these coats had to be liberated from the trenches and into the runway of couture. It is an undeniable wardrobe staple that will always turn heads in any setting or time period.

And trust, when seasonal depression comes around I’ll be in the trenches with a bottle of wine, but at least I’ll look sexy with my trench coat.
