20 Years of Buns, Sweat and Tears!!

Happy 20th anniversary to Momofuku in East Village, known for its unique & changing menu of Asian noodles, buns, and dishes that have caught the hearts of New Yorkers & people from all around the world since 2004.

In celebration, they brought back some of their old classics over the last 20 years like the Tomahawk Katsu (giant katsu with bone, crisped to perfection and incredibly juicy) and their corn ribs (well seasoned, grilled, and beautifully spiced). You can’t go wrong with any of their current fan favorites either like the Spicy Chilled Noodles (served with their Barley Noodles & famous chili sauce), Pork Baos, or Cucumber Salad. I highly recommend the Pineapple Soft Serve if you love refreshing, sour treats & have a sweet tooth.

I remember visiting Momofuku in 2019 as one of my first ever NYC restaurant meals and I fell in love with them back then. I can confidently say that the love I have for them is just as strong! Although COVID hit them pretty hard financially, the Momofuku chain is persisting and staying strong (with talks of reopening Momofuku Ko one day!)
