KIMCHI GRILLED CHEESE RECIPE!
The PERFECT midnight snack.
INGREDIENTS
Kimchi
Mozzarella (shredded)
Cheddar (shredded)
2 Sourdough slices (Freshly bake with Elly’s recipe!)
1/2 tablespoon Kewpie Mayo
1/2 table spoon Sriracha
HOW TO MAKE IT
In a small bowl mix your kewpie mayo and sriracha to create a spicy mayo for your bread.
Thinly spread on 1 side of each piece of sourdough and place them spicy mayo side down, on the pan.
Evenly place your cheddar and mozzarella cheese on both sides and cover for 3 minutes or until the cheese has just melted.
Now on one side, place your kimchi and grab your spatula to to top with the other slice of bread, cheese side down. Press the sandwich together with the spatula to meld, then cover and let cook, flipping to prevent burning, until the bread is perfectly crusty-brown (about 3-4 minutes.)
Trust me, it is spicy, cheesy, and delicious!
