Hibiscus Glow

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz pisco

  • 1/2 oz yellow Chartreuse

  • 3/4 oz grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1/2 oz hibiscus tea syrup (one part sugar, one part brewed hibiscus tea)

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. First, make your hibiscus tea syrup by adding 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of brewed hibiscus tea into a pot and stir on medium heat until all the sugar has dissolved.

  2. Refrigerate your syrup overnight to let it cool down before building this cocktail!

  3. Add the pisco, yellow Chartreuse, grapefruit juice, and hibiscus tea syrup into your ice-filled shaker and shake until well-chilled.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice to enjoy this spring.
