Soju Night!

Somek

For all the beer lovers, this is the perfect, refreshing combo to have in Korea.

INGREDIENTS

  • SOJU

  • TERRA BEER

  • HIGH-BALL GLASS

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. This drink is so simple and extremely popular in Korea! All you need is a cold Terra beer and one shot of soju. You pour in your shot and fill the rest of your cup with the beer and stir to enjoy!

Watermelon Punch Bowl

Need a fun group cocktail for when you have friends over this summer? Well, this is perfect for you!

INGREDIENTS

  • SOJU

  • HALF A SEEDLESS WATERMELON

  • SPRITE

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Cut your watermelon in half and scoop out all the insides. Place the insides of the watermelon into the blender and double strain into your pitcher ( should be around 2 1/2 cups). This removes the excess foam that forms after blending. Put the juice into the fridge to chill along with your “watermelon bowl.”

  2. After chilling, pour in your bottle of soju, top off with sprite, and give it a good stir. Then pour the drink into your “watermelon punch bowl” and enjoy it with friends this summer!

Soju Sour Shots

Its okay… We all have those nights when soju is just NOT going down well. This little trick may help!

INGREDIENTS

  • SOJU

  • FRESH LEMON JUICE

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. If you just cannot handle that no-flavor soju taste… Get some fresh lemon juice and top off each of your shots! It will add a sweeter flavor that will help it burn less and feel more refreshing to help you get through these nights!
