P*rn Star Martinis

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka

• 1/2 oz passion fruit liqueur (such as Passoã or De Kuyper)

• 1 oz passion fruit puree

• 1/2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

• 1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup

• 2 oz sparkling wine, chilled

• Garnish: 1/2 fresh passion fruit

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. In your shaker, add all ingredients except sparkling wine with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass then top with the sparkling wine.

3. Garnish with a passion fruit half and enjoy.
