The White Kimchi Gibson

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 OZ GIN

  • 1 OZ WHITE MU-SSAM JUICE

  • 1/2 OZ CILANTRO INFUSED VERMOUTH

  • WHITE MU-SSAM (GARNISH)

  • ICE

HOW TO MAKE THE CILANTRO INFUSED VERMOUTH

  1. Get a handful of cilantro and simply just place in a jar or container with your white vermouth for 3 days prior to making this cocktail.

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. FREEZE YOUR MARTINI GLASS (not mandatory but RECOMMENDED)

  2. Fill your shaker with ice.

  3. Pour in all your ingredients.

  4. Shake well!

  5. Strain into your chilled glass & garnish with mu-ssam on a cocktail skewer.
