Guacamole Recipe

Yeah, it’s a thing… Its NATIONAL GUACAMOLE DAY!!! Go get your chips and get ready to dip!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large ripe avocados

  • 1 small yellow onion

  • 1 large ripe tomato

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 1/2 lime, juiced

  • salt, garlic powder, and fresh ground pepper to taste

  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Peel and make sure your avocados are pitted, then grab a medium-sized bowl to make your guacamole.

  2. Finely chop your tomato, cilantro, and onions.

  3. Now squeeze your limes in a small bowl or cup and mince your garlic cloves.

  4. Put all your now-prepped ingredients to the side.

  5. Now mash the avocados in a medium serving bowl and add your finely chopped onions, cilantro, tomatoes, and minced garlic. Season with lime juice, salt, garlic powder, and pepper and give it a good mix. (adjust the seasonings to your taste.)

Now you're done! Serve and enjoy at your next summer party or taco night with friends and families.
