Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb peeled carrots 
- 1/4 cup brown sugar 
- 3 minced garlic cloves 
- 2 tbsp salted butter (melted) 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- 1/2 tsp black pepper 
- Parsley, for garnish 
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Preheat oven to 400F 
- Cut carrots diagonally in about 1 1/2 inβ pieces. (Halve thicker ends so they are all roughly the same width.) 
- Toss in a bowl with your sugar, butter, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper, and then pour onto tray, and spread out. 
- Roast 15 minutes, toss, then roast another 10 minutes until soft and caramelized on the edges. There should be plenty of glaze left on the tray. 
- Toss carrots in the glaze, then finish by sprinkling parsley on top to garnish before serving to enjoy!
