Apricot Jam Recipe!

It’s apricot season!

I honestly think this fruit is SO SLEPT ON so let me teach you how to make a delicious and easy jam for your next breakfast, brunch party and more!

INGREDIENTS

8 cups fresh apricots - peeled, pitted, and crushed

¼ cup lemon juice

5 cups white sugar

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. First mix the apricots and lemon juice in a large pot over medium heat and then add sugar slowly bringing it to a boil. Stir until all the sugar dissolves.

  2. Cook and stir for about 25 minutes until the apricot mixture thickens, then remove from heat and skim foam off the top if necessary.

  3. Ladle the hot jam into your jars, leaving about 1/4 inch of space on top.
