MOD Desserts- Multilayered Original Dessert

The newest dessert hybrid in Soho just arrived in NYC, by famous chefs Gregory Doyen & Edward Geyman, and they’re worth a visit if you have a “not-too-sweet” sweet tooth! MOD stands for Multilayered Original Dessert, a whole new creation described similarly to a cookie and brownie combination (so if you’re into soft cookies, these are for you).

The chefs are known to be perfectionists who honed this new dessert until they were satisfied with the result of sweetness, texture, and flavors — especially finding that perfect balance between the creamy center and of the overall base. They pride in their quality ingredients and level of sugar they use (so their desserts are beautifully sweet and not overwhelming while still focusing on their dynamic flavors). MOD offers monthly flavors and occasionally changes a couple of what they offer in store based on season so you’re gonna want to visit more than once (especially their current summer combo of gelato + MOD). Why only grab one cookie when you can grab a box of all the flavors and try them all!
