Patsy’s Pizzeria!

On my way to the fourth game of the World Series at the Yankees Stadium, we stopped by Patsy’s Pizzeria for dinner. Located in Harlem, Patsy’s is a historic Italian restaurant known for its classic New York-style pizza, offering both dine-in and take-out options. Established in 1933, it has become famous for its thin, crispy crust and traditional toppings but has expanded its menu to include uniquely delicious pizzas, pastas, and Italian entrees.

My favorite pies of the night were the Bianca Rossa and a pizza special, the Lancieri. The Bianca Rossa is a beautiful white pie with generous amounts of ricotta and garlic topped with roasted peppers that paired beautifully with the overall savory base. The Lancieri is a tomato-based, pepperoni, crispy prosciutto, and hot honey pie dolloped with cold burrata. Both pies were so different from one another but equally delicious with the best thin crust I’ve ever had—bouncy with a great chew and not at all soggy. This may be my new top pizza spot in NYC because I literally could just eat the crust alone and be satisfied.

The pizzeria has attracted a great variety of people, including celebrities and locals, all ready to indulge in one of the best pies NYC has to offer. With a cozy atmosphere and a commitment to quality, Patsy’s remains a beloved staple in the Harlem community (with multiple locations around NYC for everyone to enjoy).
