3 Easy Hacks to Elevate Your Ramen!

IT'S MORE THAN CUP NOODLES…

SEOUL-FUL RAMEN 

Are you missing your mom’s rich, soul-touching soup broth? 

  1. Pour in 1 ½ cups beef bone broth (pre-made or homemade) into a pot. 

  2. Once boiling add in noodles and boil for three minutes.

  3. Add in the ramen powder packet at the end and prepare per usual.

DUMPIN THE DUMPLING

Sometimes the noodles alone are not enough to fill our craving. What’s missing is vegetables and meat..yet isn't the whole point of eating ramen to NOT cook? Our solution: 

  1. Bring water in a pot to a boiling point, using the same amount for a regular ramen. 

  2. Toss in a couple of frozen kimchi pork dumplings to the pot. 

  3. Boil dumplings for two minutes.

  4. Add noodles and ramen powder and cook for an additional two minutes. 

Say hello to a hearty ramen with all the ingredients you’ve been asking for!

If Beef Bone broth is not cutting it for you on the creaminess level, try creating heavenly broth with two ingredients:

  1. In a separate bowl squeeze in two pumps of Kewpie Mayo, crack in a raw egg, and add your ramen powder.

  2. Boil ramen noodles in a pot for three minutes.

  3. Depending on if you want your ramen to become a creamy carbonara or keep it soupy, add in hot water from the boiling ramen water accordingly. 

  4. Mix the cooked ramen noodles into the bowl and bon appétit!
