Apricot Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Abricot du Roussillon

1 small dollop of apricot jam (learn to make your own here)

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds.

  2. Fill the mixing glass 2/3 full with ice cubes and mix again with a spoon for 20 seconds

  3. DOUBLE strain into a glass filled with 1 big ice cube.

  4. Garnish with a dried apricot or orange peel & serve to enjoy. (If using the orange peel don’t forget to express and caress your glass.)
