HUGO SPRITZ!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur, such as St-Germain

  • 1 sprig mint, plus 2–3 sprigs for garnish

  • 4 oz Prosecco, chilled

  • 1 oz seltzer, chilled

  • Lemon wheel, for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Strip and lightly slap the mint leaves in the palm of your hand to release the oils, and add to a chilled wine glass.

  2. Fill the glass with ice, add St. Germain, chilled Prosecco, and seltzer, then stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel into the glass, with 2–3 additional mint sprigs and enjoy.
