AUTUMN ADONIS

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth

1.5 oz Granny Smith Infused Amontillado Sherry

3 oz Prosecco

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Garnish: Cinnamon Stick & Orange Peel

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Slice a Granny Smith apple and infuse Sherry overnight (For a stronger apple flavor, dehydrate the slices first).

  2. Add all the ingredients, minus the Prosecco in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled.

  3. Strain into a wine glass with ice, top with Prosecco, express the orange peel around the rim, garnish alongside a cinnamon stick, and enjoy!

    Optional: to enhance the cinnamon flavor, burn it slightly before adding it to the glass.
