THE PERFECT NEGRONI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Beefeater Gin

  • 1 oz Campari

  • 1 oz Cocchi di Torino (Sweet Vermouth)

  • GARNISH: Orange peel

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass before adding your ice.

  2. Then add your ice and stir until well chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  4. Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
