THE PERFECT NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Beefeater Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Cocchi di Torino (Sweet Vermouth)
GARNISH: Orange peel
HOW TO MAKE IT
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass before adding your ice.
Then add your ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
TIPS! Always add the cheapest ingredients first and all ingredients in BEFORE you add ice.
