Eggnog SZN

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)

  • 2 eggs, separated

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup bourbon of your choice

  • Garnish: grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of the sugar until fluffy.

2. Now stir in your milk, heavy cream, and your bourbon.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar until soft peaks form, and fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.

4. Divide between four rocks glasses, and garnish each with freshly grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick to enjoy!
