INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3/4 oz Beefeater gin

  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth

  • 1/4 oz aquavit

  • 1 pickled onion, for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Fill a cocktail mixing glass with ice, then add your gin, vermouth, and aquavit.

  2. Stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds, and strain into a chilled martini or Nick & Nora glass.

  3. Garnish with a pickled onion and enjoy!
