Irish Coffee

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee

    • (Stone Street’s Irish cream beans are perfect for this!)

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey

  • Heavy cream, slightly whipped

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Fill a mug with hot coffee into your warmed mug until it is about 3/4 full.

  2. Add your brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved, slowly pouring in your Irish whiskey.

  3. Top with a collar of the whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over back of spoon and your done! Serve hot to enjoy this cold winter!
