Elderflower Pear Collins

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz vodka

• 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur

• 1 oz pear juice

• 3/4 oz lemon juice

• 1/2 oz honey syrup

• Club soda, to top

• Garnish: thin slice of pear

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Add the vodka, elderflower liqueur, pear juice, lemon juice, and honey syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.

3. Top with the club soda and stir to combine.

4. Garnish with a thin slice of pear.
