JUNGLE BIRD

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ oz dark rum

  • 1 ½ oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz Campari

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • For the garnish: pineapple wedge

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. First, add the dark rum, pineapple juice, Campari, lime juice, and simple syrup to your cocktail shaker and fill it with ice.

  2. Shake well until cold, strain into cocktail glass, and garnish with a pineapple wedge to enjoy!
