Rose-Berry Grey

INGREDIENTS

BLACKBERRIES

2 SPRIGS OF ROSEMARY (one to garnish, one to shake.)

2 OZ BOURBON

1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP

1 OZ EARL GREY SYRUP

HOW TO MAKE EARL GREY SYRUP

  1. Pour in 1 cup of water and boil 4 earl grey tea bags in your pot.

  2. Let simmer for 2 min and then pour in 1 cup of sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Finally let it cool and you have your earl grey simple syrup for your cocktail!

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Grab your shaker and muddle your blackberries.

  2. Add ice, along with a rosemary sprig, bourbon, earl grey syrup & simple syrup into your shaker.

  3. Finally shake!!!

  4. Double strain into a glass and garnish with blackberries on a cocktail stick & a rosemary sprig.
