Sour Granny martini

INGREDIENTS

2 dash apple blossom bitter

1 bar spoon rich simple syrup

0.5oz St. George spiced pear liqueur

0.75oz dry vermouth

0.75oz cocchi americano

1.0oz Roku

lemon and lime peel

GARNISH- generous lemon twist

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Before you build your martini, put your martini or Nick and Nora glass and gin in the freezer for at least an hour before making this cocktail.

  2. In your mixing glass add your simple syrup, bitters, pear liqueur, dry vermouth, cocchi americano, and gin (cheapest to expensive ingredients). Then add your ice and stir until well chilled.

  3. Strain into your chilled glass, express the oils from the lemon and lime peels, and garnish with a generous lemon twist to enjoy!
