The Polar Bear

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz Mezcal

  • 3/4 oz Dolin blanc vermouth

  • 1/2 oz Tempus Fugit creme de menthe

  • 6 drops of celery bitters

How to make it

  1. First add your bitters, vermouth, creme de menthe, and then your mezcal into your shaker.

  2. Add a handful of ice to your shaker, and shake until well chilled before straining into your glass to enjoy!
