The Polar Bear
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Dolin blanc vermouth
1/2 oz Tempus Fugit creme de menthe
6 drops of celery bitters
How to make it
First add your bitters, vermouth, creme de menthe, and then your mezcal into your shaker.
Add a handful of ice to your shaker, and shake until well chilled before straining into your glass to enjoy!
