The Pan-damn

Ingredients

  • 1/2 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE

  • 1 1/2 OZ PANDAN SYRUP

  • MINT LEAVES (MUDDLED)

  • 2 OZ WHITE RUM

  • 1/2 OZ COCONUT MILK

  • 1 OZ COCONUT MILK (FROTHED COLD)

  • 1 PANDAN LEAF TO GARNISH

How to make it

  1. Add the lemon juice, pan-dan syrup, mint, coconut milk (UN-FROTHED) & rum to a cocktail shaker without ice.

  2. Muddle the mint leaves then add ice to the shaker.

  3. Now SHAKE IT!!!

  4. Froth the other oz of coconut milk (cold).

  5. Strain the drink into a glass with ice & top it off with the coconut milk froth.

  6. Finally garnish with a pandan leaf & enjoy!
