The Pan-damn
Ingredients
1/2 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE
1 1/2 OZ PANDAN SYRUP
MINT LEAVES (MUDDLED)
2 OZ WHITE RUM
1/2 OZ COCONUT MILK
1 OZ COCONUT MILK (FROTHED COLD)
1 PANDAN LEAF TO GARNISH
How to make it
Add the lemon juice, pan-dan syrup, mint, coconut milk (UN-FROTHED) & rum to a cocktail shaker without ice.
Muddle the mint leaves then add ice to the shaker.
Now SHAKE IT!!!
Froth the other oz of coconut milk (cold).
Strain the drink into a glass with ice & top it off with the coconut milk froth.
Finally garnish with a pandan leaf & enjoy!
